COST + DEPOSIT + Perks:

We want you to be financially sound, so One & Only will work with any budget, small or large. Our packages range from intimate to extravagant, and our local connections help stretch your dollar to ensure a memorable experience that can be retold again & again.

The prices include proposal co-ordination, booking of suppliers & making payments on your behalf. To secure your booking, we do require a 30% deposit of the package which is non-refundable. The remaining amount of the package is required 30 days in advance of your event.

Packages include a Bride or Groom basket containing "wedding-ready" perks from One & Only partners. Gifts vary based on season, but include discounts on wedding flowers, accessories, nutrition packages, & more!

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • How much notice do I need to book?

As a rule of thumb, we generally require 2 - 4 weeks notice to ensure we can lock in dates with suppliers and prepare for your styling.

  • Weather?

In the case of poor weather your event may be suspended to another date.

Picnics & styled events only – 5 hours’ notice is required for a suspension.

External suppliers (helicopters, hot air balloon, planes, transportation, activities) 48 hours notice is required.

Outdoor packages do not have an indoor weather option and event will be postponed. The event is non-refundable in the case of poor weather.

  • Locations?

Currently we have coordinated proposals in Alberta and British Columbia, therefore we can cater these areas with a quick turn around. We also provide packages for these areas.

We can cater to areas more abroad, however there are surcharges if travel is required. We can also provide proposal packages to these areas however pricing will be affected due to new suppliers and what's available in the local area.
